In our brief 10 year history, Risk Transfer has helped to fund and create two different Risk Retention Groups (2003 & 2005) in the past decade and works with a variety of captives – generally group, segregated cell, and rent-a-captive facilities. We have both personal and working relationships with Universal Re- Bermuda’s oldest and 2nd largest rent-a-captive facility in the world, and Qwest, the 7th largest rent-a captive facility in the world. 

In 2008, the principal started a group called Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) to consult and supervise the qualification, creation, placement, and execution of alternative risk deals. This group at present manages approximately $20m of alternative risk premiums.
In January 2010, we created and rolled out a exclusive national professional liability program for the nurse staffing industry specifically for, joint commissioned certified, healthcare staffing agencies. Lastly we are in process to create a new Bermuda based rent-a-captive facility for use with our client’s respective insurance needs.
